Hello Everyone
Malcolm P. back again.
People at work think I'm possessed; as I am always telling them about what I'm reading from this site.
Won't muck around, going to become a member now.
Anyhow many thanks to Baz in Bright for all the help he gave me when I went up last month with the family had a ball.
Stupid question:
Thinking about getting a UHF CB, but I bought a couple of handhelds before going to the High Country but could'nt keep listening because of the language ..... small children don't need to hear that sort of thing.
But have the last series Patrol and am thinking of a GME TX3400 to put in the car ... wife not impressed so I'm thinking of putting the "Head" in the storage compartment in arm rest.
Has anyone done the same or similar.
Do not want to put a overhead console in and don't really want to drill holes in dash etc.

Look forward from hearing from you.

Malcolm

Same thing with the holes in the dash so my Autoelect put the body under the drivers seat and screwed the head bracket on the drivers side of the hump nest (but below) you knee. It works fine as I never look at the screen anyway - just scan.

Hope this helps.
