Cub campers

If the canvas is OK, it's gotta be worth 2k at least. My old Cub has a special meaning for me. Having had beefed up running gear under it and used for prospecting for many years AND I could never break it, I just couldn't part with it. No amount of money would make me part with it. I'll just let it rust on the drive before I'd sell it.

Depends which version. If it is a scissor action lift then $2k sounds about right. I've seen up to $5k for a Drifter 6 with winch lift. We paid 3,800 for our 6 about 4 years ago (1986 model) which had new flywire, upholstery and mattresses. I've since moved the axle to under the springs and we've taken it all sorts of places. It's great and we'll be hanging onto ours for some time yet.

I have just sold an old Cub Drifter 6 on road for $3000. I had replaced the springs and canvas and rebuilt the inside myself. I might add that I found it in a paddock so it was pretty well stuffed. Paid about 400 for it. Hope this helps

I sold a Cub Drifter 6 "off road" version for about $4000 a bit over a year ago. It had a very complete set of flys and enclosed annexe and all was in good condition. Mine had disk brakes and shock absorbers (off road extras?) It was the winch up roof type.
