G'day kids
Had a ball today, fitted a 2in lift to the Jack today. Very happy with the ride and height now. Cant wait to get it out in the tracks.

Just happened to run over a spray can on the way into the workshop, so spent half the time cleaning up paint, nothing ever seems to be easy haha lol... and my coopers are a nice shade of yellow haha

cheers

Crazie,

What did you do to lift it, what brands did you use and how much? Very interested as I plan on doing something similar to mine very soon, but don't know where to start. I am holding off a little while researching the pros and cons of winding up tortion bars and the wheel travel issue that goes along with that. Been in a situation or two when could have used a little more travel, not less!

Hi D-Jack
Put all new coils and shocks and torsion bars in. Winding up the tprsion bars is fine, just make sure you leave enough distance for the bump stops, do not wind them all the way. Have a look around there are some good brands out there, just go with what will suit your needs and budget.

Hi Jackablue

Love the ride, i didn't think it would change that much, but it has. It is a lot firmer and no bounce in the rear. I am wrapped. My girlfriend now needs a step to get into it...lol

Have just tickled my Jack up a bit too.

Didn't raise it (yet). But after having a set of 41mm Shockers installed, it feels like I have a new vehicle. Amazing!!! and that is just on the bitumen.

Sounds great Adam,

Let's see how it goes over Easter, and at least if you get lost, we will be able to find you due to your yellow tyres...hahaha

See you Friday : )

Cheers
