See ya there.

Hi Wim,
Heading out there also, but not sure of my timetable. I had looked at Bne, Eulo, Hungerford, Wanaaring, Tibooburra, CC etc. I'll keep the details of your trip & see what happens closer to the time.

Hi Wim - your route and dates are almost identical with ours.
(Also with Tx4400; Winch; GPS & laptop etc but on 4.2 Ltr Patrol.)
Only 3 changes :
1. We planned on 2 days to get to Currawinya NP. (to see the Bilbies)
stopping at Bollon (for fishing) the 1st Night (538 Klms)
To Camerons Corner via Mirintu Bore; Bullo downs; Old Tickalara; Youngs Tank; Grease Bore 1 & 2 then Camerons Corner (410 klms according to maps)
( Have GPS and Laptop digital maps - incl Hemma Great Desert Tracks Maps);
2. Take the 'Old Strezleki' to Innaminka rather than the Bore track.
3. Camping at Coongie Lakes rather than Cooper Creek ( Not seen Coongie yet)
Then to Birdsville also by the Walker Track (if open).

Otherwise same dates and route. We are also flexible, but being independant we prefer a smaller group to a large one, for travelling
At this stage we are a 'convoy' of two(2) 4wd - Patrol and Pajero.
Certainly interested to discuss options.....regards......Keith

Keith_A

We are a convoy of One. This would be the first time we have travelled in a group.

I am interested in talking further if you like. Three or four vehicles sounds like a good number.

email me at hwschneideratbigponddotcomdotau if you are interested in talking further.
