I have an old 27mg AM...NOT uhf....AM radio free for good home....this was given to me by an old guy who lives next door.

Now before you all come back to me about the radio aerial I was looking for previously THIS IS A DIFFERENT RADIO :-)

You get:

Radio...23 channel..Shakespeare
Power lead
Co-AX with base...NO AERIAL
It powers up but because it doesnt have an aerial (I know the sceptics among you will be saying "told ya it was the same radio'...it isnt...honestly...it isnt...:-)) I do not know if it transmitts etc.

I live in Parklea/Stanhope Gardens area of Sydney

What use is it?...minimal really as you all know most ppl have now gone UHF...but a few....Grumpy Old Men...still have them.....it would be for fun only..wouldnt rely on it for emergency use

I tried to sell a 27meg am/ssb rig a little while ago.

Couldn't give it away !!

It worked well, had aerial, mic, coax, mounting bracket etc;

Not one bite after several weeks in EO trader and ads in quokker (local trading post).
