Can't help in Melbourne but in Sydney I paid $115 for a DC24, so a 27 should be a bit more. Had one place trying to sell me a DC24 for $185 so it pays to shop around

ring R&J in Bendigo, the distributors, and they will give you the best location closest to you, and their truck is down in melb once a week also, so they might even deliver direct . Talk to Alan or Steve and tell em brad sent ya (ex f u c h s ).
Great blokes.

John,

Are Delkor "27H 710" starter batteries??
(710 CCA) maybe???

as the Deep Cycle range start with the initialls DC...
I use DC27 deep cycle Delkor batteries and would recomend them, in WA DC27's are about $140 "retail"
