When in to the local tjm
shop at brendale in
brisbane spoke to the guy at the counter . Was lookin for a deepcycle battery . Said to said guy do you have dicount for ExplorOz members,,, He had a dumb look on his face. asked me about it and told him to go on the net and have a look for himself.... question being how can a big place like tjm not know
about us ?????????????????? as pauline hanson would say please explain????????

Hi Chris, if you are looking to compare prices in that area
check Turbo Batteries, not all that far from TJM, from memory.

You must be from around the same area. I go in there a bit...the boys in there are pretty good usually. They may not have heard of exploroz, I know of a few who haven't. As mentioned above, go and see a few straight battery joints. You may not get an eo discount, but you know they specialise in that area.

I'm up that way too... Top place the northside. Mate if you visit Battery World on unit 2, 333 Gympie Rd at Strathpine... they'll be able to sort something out for you.
If your stuck & can't get a reasonable price, give me or Chris M (QLD) a yell, we can get cheap Century batteries through an ex-rep of the company.

hi bench I got a battery today it's a century deepcycle 75 amp one so i hope it can run the waeco 80l for our trip to
sydney next week.

In fairness to the guys at the TJM store you visited I could comment with some degree of authority.......... I worked for the TJM distributor in WA for about six and a half years and we usually found out about a promotion or discount such as this from the customer!!!!... unless it was a national promotion of say
suspension ......You see not all TJM stores are company owned and they often dont get the company memos pertaining to discounts.
Also worked for Opposite Lock for a few years but that is another story.
