No, me neither.

Got mine through Megs Bookshop in Port Pirie. Called them last week and asked for a copy to be put aside for me. WE were in the Big Town getting the Xtrail serviced.

pleased you didn't get out of the queue either mate to call in to Peterborough. We are home again now for some day to day work and a night in Sydney. I believe you can download it from some pirate sites in the old ussr already, scanned in........ Beats the queue if you need to read the fairy stories I guess. Think JKR is already independently wealthy.

Hi Bro, I guess I don't go looking for them so I miss seeing them. I guess it would be a pity if they were actually there..........

Hey Willem,

I always wondered why you looked familar. All you need is a big hat and you could be a Dumbledore double. Not such a good idea, my kids just told me that he bites the dust in this book.

Picked one up for the son on Saturday. there was no queue at all at around 10am and that was at Big W where the price was only $22-. Media hype must have sold a few hundred books on panic alone.

But it takes away the fun of just being a big kid again.

Drive 120km to the bookshop and buy the Hardcover Edition for $35.

I have the full series and the DVD's

Five yrs travelling around in a van, you must have gathered enough experiences to write your own book Willem.

I'm reading "not all ringers and cowboys" published Feb 05. This guy only spent 2 yrs travelling around Oz on a motor bike 51,000k, that was enough for 250 pages so I figure you could do at least 500

Hello Ray

A couple of years ago I set myself a task of writing 100 short stories of my experiences.

It is a slow process and I seem to be too easily distracted. Have done 20 stories so far which constitutes just over 5 MB of script.

I must get on with it :o)

When adult books can no longer hold ones interest one tends to return to kids books :)

Best part of having kids is to use them as an excuse to relive your own childhood from time to time. ( I still watch the Get Smart re runs that I watched as a kid with my kids)

If you don't have kids the just relive it anyway. What the hell.
