For all who have been trying to contact Trucksprings in America by email, I was speaking to them this morning and they said they must be having trouble with their email. They sent me one but it has not turned up and they haven't received any either.
They are going to get it looked at so if you need to contact them you may have to ring until they get it fixed.

It's nothing new, I emailed them months ago & got no reply. Then I rang them, ordered the Coilrites, & had them in my hands in 4 days. I live in Gippsland in Victoria & reckon it would take longer to get them from Melbourne.
I was happy with the service & even happier with the airbags, but don't bother emailing!

Hopefully they will get the email fixed as they were fantastic over the phone. Its just unfortunate they can't help me with my current Prado as they don't recognise the part number, so I guess I will have to pay Australian inflated prices.
My part number is CR5035

I tried to E-mail them last year, no reply. Then I faxed them, same result. I wanted to know the freight cost to Melbourne so I could order.

Must be hard to do business that way!

If my e-mail doesn't work for a couple of hours I notice, have never received a phone call from the other side of the world to inform me of the fault!!

Maybe I'll give them another try but since I put the raised springs in the back of the Jack I haven't felt the need for the coilrites

I tried the email back in june & nothing! Just rang them, they told me the boss was the only one that checked it and he was away. You can order on line if you live in the US.
Anyway got mine in about a week and took me about 2 hours to put in. Less than half the price here. Just done 14500km Sydney, Flinders Ranges, The centre & Cape York. Worked great!

Just ring them the call cost me approx $1.50.

Cheers
