I am chasing some ideas on an inexpensive way to fix a rattling rear wheel carrier for a 40 series Landcruiser. Can anybody help? I have also heard that there is a place in Milperra,
Sydney that does replacement panels for said vehicle. Can anybody confirm and even tell me a name??

G'day Dog.
I had the same problem in my old 40 series. I just ground the weld off the hinge & inserted a bit of old tyre tubing. Has it for another 5 years after the repair, including 2 trips 'round oz & never heard it rattle again.
