I have decied to ditch the square Hella's on the GQ as they seem to have lost a lot of their shine(will be going on as reversers). I have checked the archives on here and have found lots of posative feedback on the nightstalkers. Supercheap must have dropped the price as they are $99 for the 180's.(1 spot and 1 spread) No wiring kit but i will use the existing wiring in place. I am looking for feedback from people who have them or have had them, not people who say they are crap and have never owned them to really know.

I have a set and find them great , also over the years i have fitted 100's of them and probably had only 3 warranty claims.

What size are the ones you are referring to? Most of the feedback on the forum says that they are $150 a pair. Supacheap either have reduced the price or there is a size bigger than the 180's.

ACDC,
That is interesting , as I have been told by Hella that the only Hella light which is warranted for creek crossings is the Hydrolux . If anything else fills up with muddy water , that's your bad luck - and believe me , FILL UP THEY DO .
Cheers ,
Willie .

Hi Brew69
I have two lightforce 170's, one spread & one spot. The spot illuminates the road for up to 800 odd metres on flat road and the spread width is about 30 metres for about 50 metres in front.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Brad

I have the 170's on my Pajero & find them to be very good. BTW, have 2 spread beams, (my preferred option) & whilst there are better spotties out there, the nitestalkers r very hard to beat, value for money wise.

I've got a set of Nightstalker 200s that are around 4 years old and still in excellent condition, Couldn't really say how they compare to any other breed but are fine for my application. Dont really know why you need to be able to see 1000m ahead anyway, even I can pull up in much less than that
