A couple of years ago i purchased metal rods at the
sydney 4wd show that allow you to weld/solder aluminium,dicast metal,copper etc simply without inert gas cover or special welding techniques. does any one know who the current supplier is,need to restock,any help is appreciated.

Brian I also purchased these rods. A very handy implement. The brochure that came with them states you can purchase extra rods from LAVERE PRODUCTS

I saw the product at 4WD show in
Perth in November and kicked myself for not buying the product.
Can I safely assume that you are happy with the product?
I see you have a follow up on whereabouts of item and will look at getting some of the rods in new year also. A good posting on an item I had forgotten about. Many thanks
