Ford Territory H/Duty Towbar, Factory or Hayman Reece

I was wondering if anyone out there has bought a Ford Territory and had it fitted with either a factory Ford 2300kg towbar or a Hayman Reece (HR) 2300kg towbar, both are the weight distribution setups. We have just ordered the vehicle with the factory ford setup, but I would prefer the HR towbar. The problem is that ford seem to have conflicting stories as to the HR suitability for this vehicle. We have been told that there have been circumstances where the HR towbar has caused vibration &/or bending in the rear of the vehicle to the point where the back door becomes mis-aligned, due to the HR setup mounts being different to the factory towbar mounting points. A friend of ours recently purchased a Territory and asked for a towbar to be fitted, guess what they fitted, a HR towbar...go figure!!!!!

So I am very interested to hear from anyone with either towbar fitted to their Territory before we fork out the extra $400 for the not adjustable Ford WDH towbar.
