Anyone any ideas on how, what to use to scotch guard the inside of my new Prado. I'm sure there must be a product out there that is easy to apply and not cost the fortune the dealer wanted to charge.

Hehehehe!

Redback's right Nobby. It's available in an aerosol pack you just spray on.

Just contact a reputable carpet cleaner who cleans to the Australian Standard and ask them for a quote for applying some Teflon or Brolle (ensure they apply at a slightly higher concentration than manufactureres reccomendation as they sometimes dilute it to save money) - should cost you under $150
