I had a Polyair blow in the
Vic high country over Christmas. Sent the blown one to Polyair in
Sydney on Monday, got a new one back in the post today.
It had split on one of the seams which the bloke at Polyair said is covered by a lifetime garantee.
A great product and great support.
Now for the broken base on my cobb ...

Hi Pajman,we had a similar thing happen with ours,we wern't supplied with a heat shield in the kit.After towing up some steep hills,the exhaust got red hot and singed the drivers side bag.Next big bump we hit and POP!! I didnt know this had happened though until our next fuel stop.
Anyway,rang the guys told the what had happened and relised we didnt have the heat shield on,so they supplied us with a new bag lines and heat shield.Service was superb! Thanks Polyair Sydenham branch..
