Yes,
Definitely overhead tanks on a stand IMO.
When one considers that the original photography from a plane, or satelite could be years out of date, checking the area now proves little.

these are not cars or anything out of this world they are just
water tanks used by the construction crews for the railway. They are quite ingenius though in that they fold down into a semi trtailer to be moved and then go up high when set in place, very tricky!

Gee that took a while to get here, i think it's been on every
