Boo
Afternoon,
Can anyone point me in the direction of a website that will show me where LPG is available, we have a dual fuel Patrol, however would like to be able to utilise gas as much as possible.
We are planning a 4 week trip from
Canberra around SA/Ayers Rock/
Alice Springs and the
Simpson Desert.
Thanks in advance.
Kerrie.

Hi Ruth,
Thanks for the info, expect probably half the
places we will be travelling will be the same.
As a matter of interest how expensive is unleaded petrol out there at present?
Kerrie.

Hello Mrs Boo - did you give your husband a good slapping the other night? (the Post about age).
Now, unleaded petrol is about $125/litre I think. Sorry only know about diesel which is $129.9 last week. Hope that helps.

Kerrie,
Don't overlook the fact that whilst LPG may be shown as available in a town, this is not always the case.
Pump breakdowns do occur and the storage tank may be empty, awaiting next delivery.
Also some vehicles are hard to fill on LPG , when they are hot.
Its always a good idea to make sure enough petrol is on board to get between towns.
Pedro

hahaha, there's always some excuse Warrie. If everyone want's it the price goes up. if nobody wants it the price goes up to mantain their margin...it's all rhetoric, excuses and crap.

Mrs. Boo - I went up today and fuelled up (going fishing on Sunday a.m.) and to my horror discovered the diesel cost : $1.39.
