Been a long time but the way I used to play, routine beats 4 of, beats full hand, beats flush, beats 3 of, beats 2 pair. Cheers Rob

Give poker up.

Play Blackjack, count cards and play Basic Strategy and you'll get 3% up on the house.

As Steve has witten.

3 of a kind plus a pair is a full house.
Therefore, a flush beats 3 of a kind, but not a full house.

Watch FOX 8 on a Thursday evening and it will be drummed into you.

To keep it on topic, WHILE CAMPING, these are the generally accepted rules unless playing strip poker with your partner who doesn't know the rules; then of course a pair beats a royal flush.

poker does not rule & a flush is something your missus gets around about 50yrs & a good pair( not hers) beats anything , full house generally happens at xmas when all the bludging rellies come for a free feed, two of a kind is my gay nephew, straight is what he will never be & a royal flush has something to do with the queen. ha chheers
