From the 100 list on
Gibb River Road ......
"The road is mostly dirt and gravel and requires an honest to goodness 4WD (high clearance, long-range fuel tanks) even in the dry – ie, when the road is open (usually April to November)."
Very strange comment - you can drive the entire GRR in anything from a Road Train to a Mini. Maybe they mean some of the side tracks??
Cheers

maybe they havent actually done it themselves and are just going off people whose biggest experience on rough roads are those who deal with city roads only!! - ONLY!!LOL!!!!

I think I'm about half way through them and I figure that I'm halfway along that line they put on headstones between 'Born' and 'Died'. So I guess everything's going to plan?

places.

I decided to cheat bit - I checked out No 100 and I figured if I'd done that, I'd most probably have done the others and I wouldn't have to bother checking them.
I was right - I've been shopping in
Melbourne.
