Its happened today, diesel went over $1.40 in Traralgon, ulp $130.9 and gas went down to 53.9. This would have to be the dearest fuel in Victoria apart from isolated places like Woods Point etc. Thieving b@stArds I reckon.

G'day Cabb,we in QLD were informed today that fuel would probably rise by 16 cent's a litre by Easter. Look's like the Bunny will be us , but with no Chocy Egg's, Cheer's Bob.

Isn't it amazing how it just has to be before Easter and the pricks aren't even offering one of their usual poor excuses for the hike this time - they are just doing it.

$1.40 P/L today. congratulations on it being cheaper for so long.

We have been paying that for months here.

Anyway, this "price rise" seems to get trotted out each year just before Easter. Just another money grab, and we really dont have much choice but to pay it.

Hey, I think fuel prices suck and the government is taking us for a ride but don't forget that oil has been consistently over the $USD 60 a barrel and the aussie dollar has fallen. This isn't all the reason but it does have something to do with it.

Just so that you know - I have just updated the Fuel Prices system. It is not a huge change but the map now shows the brand distribution and we have added 90, 120 and 180 days trend graphs in each of the states.

Anyway if you are interested have a look and maybe even add your local locations. Thanks CannageOz for your updates I guess these have been comming from you based on your posts - so thanks. If we could get lots of others into the sstem then the reports would be even better.

See the new look Fuel Prices system.

PS: There are a number of other mods on the schedule, these will be added when time permits - I was I could duplicate myself to get it all done.

Mate of mine just drove the Great Central Road arriving in Perth on Monday. Paid $1.80 for diesel at one point! That's a bit of a shock to the system when you live in QLD!!!
Cheers
