Exploroz wheel cover spotted in Broken Hill

A white patrol with an Exploroz wheel cover was spotted in Broken Hill a week or so ago.

Actually, it was mine and spotted by Explorozer Dave198 as well as by another couple of Explorozers staying at the same Caravan Park (Lakeview).

I was parked outside the Legion Club when Dave walks into the Club and asked who owned the White Patrol out front. I said "that's me" thinking he'd run into it, but it turned out he'd spotted the wheel cover and came in to say G'day! How goods that?

Anyway, Dave invites us over for a BBQ while we're in Broken Hill; unfortunately we only had time to pop around for a cuppa where met with him and Mrs Dave.

It just goes to show theres no such thing as a stanger in the land of EO.

BTW, our 2 weeks took us from Sydney thru Condobolin, Willandra NP, Menindee, Broken Hill, Mutawintji NP, Tibooburra, Camerons Corner, White Cliffs, Nyngan, Bathurst, then home. Great trip, and a good time of year to do it.

It's raining here and my glasses need cleaning. I read it as "spotted EO cover sighted in Broken Hill" :)))))
Was that Dave of the railways fame ?

I don't know about railways. He does some 4wd tour work at the moment, best to do a search on Dave198. The guy at White Cliffs Underground referred to him as "Dave with the moe".
