Can someone please let me know the best maps to use with OziExplorer for the following areas:
Cape TribulationKarumba
Ayers
RockFlinders Ranges
Top End (
Kakadu,
Katherine, etc)

I have natmap raster 2005 dvd (as advertised through this
forum) and have found it very good so far

You can buy Raster 1:50,000 for
Flinders Ranges, the other i think are all 1:250,000.
Any map show can tell what there is for the other
places

Yes. SA Govt have 1:50K maps of quite a large part of the state. I can't remember exactly, but I think about $160 for each region - there are 4 or 5 - but one that covers the Flinders.
For some reason NT and WA gov't don't seem to do it as much.
The MapShop in
Adelaide is the place to get them.

Go the natmap raster 2005 dvd. You can view the whole of Aus in 1 topo map and overlay satellite image. Suits me.
