G'day,

I need to swap my locking nuts as they are the wrong size (gees that sounds crook). Can anyone tell me what the thread size is on 100 series wheel studs? I have a standard model, 2002.

Locking Nuts???

The only nuts to use on wheel studs are WHEEL NUTS. The "locking" is acheived by friction of the shaped part of the nut against the wheel stud hole.

I assume that's what you mean?

Thanks Fellas. The brochure in the auto shop said 12mm. Dont know what they were smoking.

Sandy, lock nuts: wheel nuts with that require a special bit/key to turn on and off so that thieves dont oblige themselves to $500 worth of wheel. Or at least, it makes it harder for them to do so.
