Warmest congratulations to you all - a wonderful time.

>no better feeling on earth than holding him for the first time.

So true.

I remember 22 years ago holding my second at 4.30am when he was about 10 minutes old as we stood by the window and looked at the stars and I told him their names. Had I dropped dead a few minutes later I would have died a contented man.

Time never goes backwards - relish every moment.

Congrats Mike, Make sure you take him out Bush before he is too old!

Hope you and your son have many years of father and son, i think the best gift a father can give a son is his time. I grew up without a father and i know its hard, so keep him close!

Congratulations Mike....Can't believe your heading....It's the best and most emotional feeling you can have.

Now your priorities will change:-)

You just need to work out how/where to carry him in the Rodeo.

Best wishes to you and Brayden's mum. I trust you have all your sleep reserves topped up and I hope the coming months are packed with joy.
Only seems like yestrday, I was going through the same emotions but that was three and a half years ago. They do grow so quickly.

Bottoms up Mike, Cheers.

Thanks all for your thoughts and well wishes.

Brayden is doing well, still having trouble keeping all his food down, but hes getting better. Im sure once he works it all out, hell be like his old man and wont want to stop eating. Mum is doing great, up and walking around yesterday, still floating on cloud 9.

As for me, its off to grab a spanner to work out where to put this bloody baby seat in the rodeo :)

Thanks once again

One tired, but still very excited dad

Congratulations Mike,

Best wishes to you and your wife on the arrival of Brayden John. Hope you have plenty of room for the nappies and bottles on the next trip. Might mean you have to leave some of your toys at home now.

Cheers,

Chris & Jody

Congratulations Mike,

Way to go...... it is a great feeling to hold your baby after they are born. Now plan for the trips in a couple of years ........... its a great thing. I had mine out in the boat at 2 and it has been a lifetime thing for them :).
