Greetings, I've read archive threads that identify caravan forums, but my attempts to access the most talked about one - auscaravan - have failed. I've tried
www.groups.yahoo.com/groups/auscaravan
www.autos.groups.yahoo.com/groups/auscaravan
Is this group no longer going?
Are there other groups that provide technical discussion of caravans (strengths, weaknesses, personal experiences, etc.)? Thanks. Rob.

Hi Robbg,
I can't help you with the link you're after but we welcome all caravan posts here - as our tagline is 4WDs, Caravans and Camping. I know for a fact that we have a very large number of caravan owners amongst our audience. If you have some questions you'd like to post here please feel welcome - I'm sure just like all the good replies to other topics here that you'll get good discussions on whatever you ask. We also have a section of articles on the site about caravan choices and issues - see the Topic Search menu in the site left-hand margin and click Caravanning.

Robbg,

Take no notice of the Jayco's and coramal owners on this site they are like us toyota owners (they have got the 'our's are the best'). Actually Regent caravans are the best, (I own one).:))))))

Seriously there is a wealth of info on our site regarding caravans etc, give it a go.

Regards Bob

John R (NSW) I think they are like was displayed on Top Gear last series and used as conkers beneath two cranes until there was nothing left of one - well that was caravans. Perhaps it was a Jayco, well grandparent of one.
