Is anyone using a 100 Series 4.5 litre Land Cruiser for towing a 21 foot shower van and running on Dual Fuel? With the LPG is it a success and are you happy with (a) the economy factorand what sort of figures are you getting , (b) how would you rate the pulling power of LPG vs petrol. Any constructive response would be very much appreciated

Brother in law got one, fuel usage on LPG is around 25l per 100km. Tows boat without any problems. The injected systems are better in terms of power and economy but I haven't seen any injected systems for the cruisers

I have the latest Injection system on my 100 series , produces the same kw on Gas as on Petrol , the system can also be programed to inject petrol at the same time , if itneeds to on hard acceleration , it can be set up to your liking. They start on Petrol and change to gas when engine reaches operating temp , etc etc.
I will warn you . there are alot of crap systems on the market .
If you need more info , you can call me on my mobile , ill be more than happy to go through the pro and cons
