Thanks very much. Forget to mention we have an old blue heeler bitch. Would that cause any hassles?

Hayjude,

The Caravan Park in Boulia is by the river and a nice place to stay for a day or so. The Min Min Light Centre is great.

Tobermorey has a good camping area, a small shop and fuel supplies. They have have unleaded and diesel. When we were there fuel costs were the most expensive between Boulia and Alice Springs. It is a working cattle station and a good overnight stop on the way to the cente.

The next stop is Jervois Station, it also has a camp area and fuel. A bit cheaper than Tobermorey.

When we accross the Donohue/Plenty Highways the Queensland side was the better of the two. (ie. less corrugations and dust)

Al.......
