anyone fitted one? I got one for a GQ here :D and wanna know how hard it will be to fit..

Hey John,
I've got one fitted too, but haven't fit my
tank yet- I am concerned by the amount of grease this thing spits out!- do you run a
tank and filter on the outlet of that
tank- if so, does the
tank seem to collect most of the grease- do you have any similar problems/concerns?

Junior, I have a modified A/C drier, filled with S/S wool, small orifice in the bottom, takes the oil I use out of the air stream. This is fitted on the discharge side and the oil that is removed is returned to the suction side. I also have the suction side plumbed into the PCV hose, supplies a little bit of extra oil, no need for grease. Hope this makes sense. John

I fitted the Sandon 508 to a 03 cab chassis using the E/A brackets.
The main problem with the TD6 is the cross member near the radiator. This has to modified with a hammer a little heat to clear the pulley. The vacuum line that runs under the sump to the injector pump also needs to be replaced to re route it.
I have basic instructions and a contact number to someone who regularly fits them if that helps.
