I have two of them! As with most things, expensive is a relative term (-:
For me anything that can keep sensitive electronic equipment nice and dry in the back of my ute in a torrential downpour is worth every cent. I spread a little silicone grease on the rubber seal to make sure no
water would get it.
I have one spacecase for my equipment (DGPS, laptop, Mini-M satphone) and another for other not-so-sensitive gear like snatch blocks, shackles, spare parts, etc.

Hi Troo Bloo.. .As I don't want to self promote.. send me an e-mail at damian.reitsma@defence.gov.au or damianreitsma@adam.com.au after hours and I can hook you up with one a lot cheaper than any retail outlets. Only down side is they are green and only one size: 900x550x450 with a removable tray inside the top...

Hi there Coyote, i assume you are in the military?
Do you know of anyone in the
sydney - Central Coast (Gosford) area that can get hold of space cases at a reasonable price.
Cheers
Chris.

Hi Cobes, yes I am, I know of people in the Western Suburbs who might be able to get them, ie
Richmond. THe major problem is tha at the moment there is a shortage of these across the board. ordinarilly we can buy as many as we want but we just can't get them at the moment. I have offered to sell a couple of tmy perosnal ones. I expect that in a few months we might start to see a few more as the supplier catches up.

they are good they do keep all the crap out i have had
mine for about 12years
we also use them all the time at work to ship items all around the world ive found the company Reflex products to be a better price than most but if your got a friend in the defence they can buy certain sizes at a reduced prices
