Mine's sat in the shed for the past few months, but the first 10,000k including two desert trips were fine. They were only released a year ago, so theres not a lot of experience out there yet, but in terms of chipping and puncture resistance they appear to be better than most.

Friar.
My silent armour's have only done about 10k, no problems, mine and others have noted the silence, it is remarkable, you may find you have a diff whine that you could not hear before. "don't let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy" would be a good advertising phrase. Eric.

G'day friar ,,

had ours about a month now ,, haven't been on dirt yet so i can't say there ,, but , 2 days after we got them , the wife was the only one to have driven it at this stage , we have no idea what she ran over , but sliced a inside sidewall ,, I was told by Goodyear where we delt with that they had Kevler in the walls as well as the tred floor ,, they don't ,, as far as the black top goes , they are great as far as i'm concerned , quiet , and hold the road well , even on wet road they perform well ,, even though i'm relitivly happy with them , won't get them again !!

All the best ,, Neil ..

G'day friar ,,

not too sure what i'll get next time ,, we used to deal with Goodyear here in Cairns for the truck , the manager spent ages talking me into these after we couldn't get Trail Mark anymore ,, my only problem here by the way was the fact that this manager told me that the Kevlar went up the walls as well ,, so they are "allbut" puncture proof ,, ( I should've looked at them a lot better befor hand ) ,, where we deal now sells Cooper tires , but there a long way off yet , have to get through these first ..

As i said befor ,, these are great on black top , even very wet , hold on very well , others are saying they are good on the dirt as well , I just had that one problem and we still don't know what Margie ran over ,, but ya get that ,, so don't wright them off , just make sure you're happy with them when you decide , all the best with it ..

Neil ..
