Morning all,

Now before anyone thinks I have a vested interest in this event - think again - I work for a government agency here in the Country Music Capitol and in no way am I connected. Just wanted to let everyone know that Tamworth (or the New England area) has their very own event. It's on 2nd, 3rd and 4th March at the Tamworth Show Grounds.

I'll be on a display so anyone wants to drop by and say G'day I'll be more than happy to talk.

Cheers

G'day Willie

You'll find me next to a NSW DPI Recreation Fishing advisory Display Trailer. Yep - I'm the local Fisheries Officer. I think we will be at site 97? not far from the Yamaha Super Tank

Cheers

Fishy,
a Fisheries Officer...I rekon that would be a great job. I was in Tamworth just before Christmas, passing through on my way down to Lansdowne, and whilst waiting for a burger noticed a local mag with a guy on the front holding up a HUGE cod he had caught in the river. Bloody thing must have been 50 odd kg. Great to see fish like that are making a come back.

Don't think I will make it to the show......little far from teh Barossa:-)

Hi John,
That's OK - we recognise that we don't really offer an Event System for people to enter such notices however if you notice the new School Holiday Calendar, this is the format that we can now work towards with an Event Calendar - stayed tuned for this new site feature sometime this year....

I didn't think the team would be upset with the post. I just wanted to let the folks who use this site that we are having our very 1st show thing here in Tamworth in March.
