where can I get a 3" mandrel exhaust & dump pipe etc

Hi all, I was after a diesel specialist in
Sydney who can fit a 3" mandrel exhaust system and dump pipe, and also be able to dyno my vehicle (GUIV 4.2TD)
I would prefer someone who regularly does these mods rather than an exhaust
shop.
