Its the stuff that HAS happened the you DONT know about yet that you need to start worrying about. Like the rats chewing thru the wiring or the oil congealing in your front diff or the Toyota rusting in the driveway.
Any issue that manifests itself in such an overt manner is just inexperienced. Its the long living cagey buggers that you have to worry about.
Exorcists only fix the known problems and cost a packet for one time use.
