How are you loading the Track?

You need to first select Load - Tracks from file.

This should display the track on your map, providing you have the correct section of map displayed.

Then you can use Track Control to edit the configuration, such as colour, thickness, etc.

When we load our waypoints and tracks, they are 200km exact north of were they are meant to be, have tried different Map Datums. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. We got the track control working

Sandman is more than likely right, but there could be another issue, If your using the software from the CD then any tracks saved won't be on the CD , they will be in a folder on the H/D ,
The best and most efficient way to use mapping software on a Laptop or PC is to copy all files that on the CD to a folder you would make on the Computers Hard drive, on the C:DRIVE then install the software from the exe setup file in the folder on the Computer,Then you will get a faster response ,no jumping, and you do not have to insert the CD everytime you use it, If this is the case and you are going to do it that unimstall what you have done but only after you have saved your waypoint and Track files to a new folder then copy and save them back to appropriate folder after the re-install
