Hi,
Am planning to visit Melbourne from Sydney in June to check out the Trakmaster and Evernew Factories.

Both are listed as being in Bayswater. I can't find reference to Bayswater in any of my Hema Maps or in my Penguin Atlas Maps.
Come on! Some one down that way please give me a hint as to just where I might expect to fine Bayswater.

We are planning to tow our soft floor camper so we would appreciate hints on suitable caravan parks. We are not necessarily wanting to camp in the immediate area, I have no problems in driving 30/40 k's from an acceptable camping /caravan park.

Any other general info from local EO Members would be greatly appreciated.

have a look between croydon, knox, kilsyth, vermont
about 35km?? east from GPO
foot hills of mt dandenong the trackmarster are on mountain hwy bayswater
if you have a melways map 64j3

It is out near Ringwood. There is a big caravan dealership in Canterbury Road. I think there are 4 or 5 dealers on the one premises. Look up www.worldofcaravans.com.au Not sure about the factories though.

Bayswater is a suburb in the outer east of Melbourne.
Some suburbs around Bayswater include Ringwood, Croydon,Boronia,Ferntree Gully & Wantirna.

I believe trakmaster is at 874 Mountain Hwy (03) 9720 0822.

Theres a caravan Park just up the Road, 10-15 mins drive. It's called Wantirna Park 203 Mountain Hwy (03) 9887 1157

Other caravan parks I know are in Dandenong (50Min Drive) Lilydale (20Min drive) and in Doncaster (30min drive)

Any other info, just ask. I live near Bayswater.(Ringwood)

If you go to Google maps and type in Bayswater Victoria you will find it easily. Have a look at a map or a satellite picture or a hybrid. Quite fun checking out your own place etc. Google maps is at www.maps.google.com.au

Dont know where you found Evernew listed as Bayswater because they are at 101 Bell St, HEIDELBERG WEST 3081.

Go to maps.google.com.au/ and type in the address and it will show you where they are. You can then print it if you need. You can even get driving instructions from wherever you end up staying.

Don't know where I got Bayswater from for Evernew either.

Don't have problems with Bell St. Used to go down to Heidelberg Rd. Fairfield on a monthly basis until the Head Office moved into our factory at Grant St. Clifton Hill.

It was that Bayswater out in the sticks so to speak that stumped me.
