Hi all,
we have once again enjoyed another caravan and camping show, bought a chemical
toilet (the kids don't like digging holes) and looked at a stack of campers (the tent is getting old).
We would like to step up the luxury part of the camping experience. We really liked the Bell Campers and were looking at the escape model (light off road) with extended 8' annexe and drawbar with all the sliding box bits as
well. Just wanted to know if those who have one of these are happy with the dust proofing and endurance of these trailers? should we bother with the
sofala model (off road)?? we'll only be travelling basic dirt roads and fire trails, not enormous moguls and rocks. ... also looked at the Outback travel mate dc compressor fridge freezers (du55), made by the downunder iceboxes mob. we have one of their iceboxes and it's great. anyone have any experience of the fridges????
many thanks again

If it's not big $$$$, buy the offroad model.
Then you can go anywhere & won't hesitate to accept invites to more remote areas, as your confidence in it increases.
Check out Dereks (ABR Sidewinder, EO site sponsor) new range of fridges too!

thanks,
I think that you're right, another $1000 and the wheels are 6 stud and match our 4wd --- another bonus is
the springs are 7 leaf.
will
check teh sidewinder site,
