How do I upload Waypoints TO Explore Oz? I can down load them & I have just uploaded Plot files for the Holland track. But I want to add a Gnamma Hole waypoint. I think there use to be a button to upload waypoints on or near an existing trek.

Rox
go to places new place and add waypoint and info pic etc. www.exploroz.com/Places/New.asp

Richard

I think only as garmin people call them waypoint (and those other people that run around the bush) they seem to call them POI. now

Richard, it use to be easyer B4 you could just select your Osi Ex file & upload only the waypoints you selected. I just uploaded 1 POI but it comes up with a blank blue screen. I have tryed to edit it but thats too hard to work out also????

6366074.2º S
6366074º 12' 0" S 696242.1º E
696242º 06' 0"E

They need to be Enter the WGS84 or GDA94 Latitude (South) in either of these formats DD.DDDDDD or DD MM SS and Enter the WGS84 or GDA94 Longitude (East) in either of these formats DD.DDDDDD or DD MM SS

just try again

Damian Baker will fix it up

Rox,

I need to do a bit of work on this system - there is a waypoint loader in the PlotSwap system and this intergrates with places however there are a few bugs and the waypoint loader is not fully updated with the latest places stuff - what type of points are you wanting to load?

David, some time back we were able to upload waypoints from Osi Ex files just by clicking each waypoint. The system asked for a description by default Osi gives a time date etc. You system gave a number for the name and we had to enter the description manually. At the moment it takes 3-5 click & pastes to get just one waypoint uploaded.

I found a well Sth of Meriden called Hunts Well, a blaze tree "H" on the holland track but I don't think it original that's all so far.
