Looks like Keating is stirring things up.

What will this do to the Melbourne/Sydney rivalry?

There has to be better place to have the capital.
Any suggestions?

I think it should be located at Giles.

No seriously Canberra was made in the first place to avoid NSW / VIC rivalry. And I think Australia has grown since then. There are more players than just NSW and Vic.

Looking for adventure.
In whatever comes our way.

Canberra is certainly just that, a compromise.

Suggesting it be moved to Sydney it only just going to open the whole can of worms.
How will the other states react?

One study I saw showed that QLD will be the most populated state by 2060 I think they said. So why not Brisbane?

IMHO paul keating is now a total f**kwit, long past his use by date.
In the same boat as the x Prime Minister malcolm fraser, not to mention that bitter old bugger gough whitlam.

Again IMHO it's well past the time for all of them to shut up and stay that way.

As you can see, I have deliberately not used capitals for their names, shows my lack of respect of them all.

Sydney as the capital of Australia, don't they think it already is?

Poor Melbourne misses out too.
