Hi My son is considering buying a Jayco campervan in Sydney and having it transported to Perth. Would any of you know the approximate cost to do this. I understand that the campervan is licensed and could be towed

Hello Ray

You will need a qote from Autotrans in Sydney . I had a Jayco Flamingo transported from Melbourne to Perth in February at a cost of $1260 . They quoted $1950 for the Perth to Hedland leg and dropped that to $1450 when I mentioned the Melb - Perth cost . In the end I towed it from Perth . Expect a slow delivery because at 2mtrs wide , it will have to wait for one of only 4 extra wide transporters . When getting the quote make sure that they understand that it is a trailer and that the tow bar in the length given fits under the next vehicle . Good luck .
