I have some contacts who have done similarly stupid things (just joking).
Drop me a message and I'll put you in touch.
You might think about the
Simpson Desert Cycle Challenge too if you're into that.
I have some friends who are doing the CSR in September and then the
Simpson Desert Cycle Challenge after that.
Cheers
Andrew.

Good on you, if you have ridden a push bike Syd-en-ey to GC you should be able to do the SDCC. Put away the motor sickle and get back on the real bike, it's a great event as Andrew says and gets in your blood a bit.

Your safari would be fine in a Barina :-))
Kulgera to Finke is
well graded gravel road in the dry, and a slippery mess after rain.

The run frm Camowheal to
Barkly Homestead is a
long flat run with only Cattle around. The Plenty from
Boulia is a good run sometimes with fuel at Tobermoray,JervoisGem Trees. Let us know more details and I think you will get more responses.

G'day Smiler,
If you put your same question here you should get all the answers you are looking for from plenty of guys who have gone that way recently.
As someone else said though, you might want to add info like which type of bike, size, fuel cap. and extra's you will be using.
Happy riding
Pezza
