Was listening to ABC Radio whilst barrelling back in the Commodore from Portagutta today about the NEW Australian Outback Map. It apparently has many new features in it and shows a lot of favourite trek routes throughout the whole of the outback. Does anyone have knowledge of this map? Is it available on CD? Will it be stocked in the
shop? So many questions. Suppose I should go to the Hema website.Cheers, Willem

I must be in a vortex or a time warp somewhere. Went to the Hema website and found that the map I have mentioned was produced last year for the Year of the Outback. I am certain that the bloke from Hema said that it was a new map. Hmmmmm....hearing not so good any more. Old age creeping up steadily:-))))Cheers, Willem

Looks like I have my own thread here.
Found the related Item in Media Releases in the Hema website www.hemamaps.com.au/ dated 23rd April. The Outback map is a recent event.
