We have just returned home after the Warraweena gathering.
We wandered up to
Arkaroola, Cameron's Corner and then down to
White Cliffs before hitting the bitumen back to
Sydney. The
corner country is very green at the moment and a sight to see.
Many thanks to Willem & Judith for all their hard working. We really enjoyed putting faces to names and sharing experiences. The drives around Warraweena were very enjoyable and it was nice to have good weather after a very windy wet week before. Has taken a day to get the CT and 4wd clean and mud free.

Ann and I also send our thanks to the organisers, a great way to meet other members.
Well done Willem and Judith.

Hi Brew, I finally got to the Happy Wash yesterday - deposited the sticky Warraweena clay all over that place - had to drive into the next bay for the final rinse :-))

Brew,
Yep we left it all over the place. We shook off a lot on the way home but still had plenty left. That
Brachina Gorge goo sure does stick.
Took me half a day with the gurnie to get the trailer and 4wd clean especially underneath. Interesting to see if any plants sprout from the now red soil area beside the shed.
cheers
alastair

Pleased to hear you had a good time also, we missed out this year but there is always next!
I always wonder though about takig an excessively dirty 4wd to the car washes.
That is why we go there , to wash the vehicles but they always have a
sign up saying dirty/muddy vehicles are not allowed to be washed there. Hello... it is a car wash....!
Cheers
Jo
