Could anyone tell me if one can take a 4wd camper trailer into Carawine gorge just out of marble bar, and what about Eel pool further up the road.

I'm intend to go in there late August with a dual axle camper. From what I can gleam from track reports, it will be ok with care.

The road in is good but the last 100 metres to gain access for a spot to camp is loose soft snad and gravel. You should be fine with the trailer but just be aware you'll probably need a lower tyre pressure and few extra revs to get in beside the water hole. Cheers. Mick

"Snad" is a lot like sand only spelt differently. Jeez I gotta reread before I post. Mick.
