Michelle and David, I've just seen your ad in the latest issue of 4x4 Monthly. Looks good. I hope it brings in more customers/paying members.

G'day Rohan, as your reading 4wdmonthly can we assume in the future we are going to see a rock crawling, ground churning,
water walking, super mod Pathie in the future????:-) Seriously, good to see the Exploroz add there, I like the idea that they are going into the backyard of the newest 4x4
forum, sort of sticking out the chin and squaring up - I like it. CheersMoggs ( Normanhurst NSW)

Moggs,
We have been running 1/4, 1/2 and full page ads in 4wd monthly for a few years now. Did you not see the old ones? Another 4x4
forum - yes, pity all the more comercial one's look the same - I personally do not like all the little pictures and irrevelant images that clutter up the display space. Remember, tell me what you want for your
forum and I will make it happen as the software that runs our
forum was written by me so it is very very customisable to what our Members and users want. Bet the others can't say that!Regards

David, I've only just started reading the mag over the last few months (and all the back issues they include as a sweetner) but, sad to say, I've never noticed your ad before. Not sure what attracted my attention to it this time because that part of the mag is full of the same sort of ads. I think, for some reason, the logo stood out. Maybe it was the postion - half page at the end of one of their "somewhere to go" stories - kind of flowed right into you add.
Moggs, if I had the cash, and could be cavalier about a $50k+ investment, I'd love to be the first to do it - a Pathfinder Tuff Truck. The old FJ40 was something, so its still "in the blood" there somewhere.Be good, or be quick.

Hopefully, however most of the people that advertise in the Mags don't read them. we ring some of the advertisers and they say never heard of you. We tell them that we are one the next page and have been advertising for years in the mags and they all say never seen it.
Anyway we move forward - have you seen the new Topic Search in the LHS margin. We are working on linking all of the sites resources via these topic keywords. This should make the navigation easier.Regards

David, yes, spotted it straight up, and checked it out. I liike it - a quick link to all items related to a topic, wherever they are on the site. Another great innovation. Thanks.Be good, or be quick.

Hi David,
Again you have provided us with easier ways to view the site.
Well done!
I am amazed that other advertisers have never seen your ads, as it was the ads in an older copy of one of the mags that first led me to this magnificent site. Then again we humans are
well known for seeing but not reading things.

... and may I add that I tend to try a new advert (design, layout, message, size, orientation) every few editions to try a different approach. I actually didn't much like the latest advert I designed but since its the first one you actually noticed I'll take that as positive feedback. Anyway, the point of our adverts is actually to show other 4wd, caravan and
camping related businesses that we're a business just like. Some of them still have their head in the sand about "websites"... so this is one way of reminding them that we're still here and we're not going away. Probably a waste of money if most of you don't even see the ads we do run!!ExplorOz
