Hi all,
Does anyone know where i can get hold of a car charger for a ipac H2200 ? (sick of using my invertor to charge!)
Ive looked everywhere and the only place i can find one to suit is @ JB-HIFI at a cost of $78 !!
I live in the Blacktown district of NSW if any one nows where else i could get one.
Cheers

What Voltage does it require?
Tandy or Dick Smith or Jcar have multi voltage adapters up to 12 volts.

If you are using it for mobile mapping
places like GPSOZ sell a fag socket adapter which charge both the GPS and the PDA and enable a data connection between the two. I use one with my Ipaq and the Garmin 12XL.

Does your Bluetooth GPS have the same connection [to the charger lead] as the iPAQ.
Check to see if GPS has a 5 volt charge input.
If yes then you can use the same unit to charge the iPAQ.

What about ebay?
New ones available from HK for about $10.30! Check out Site Link amongst others.
BTW, these are 1A versions (same max current as from the USB connection), not 2A.

Try Press Digital in
Sydney. I've had good service from them before for RW6828 accessories. Possibly this adapter will do if the 2200 uses the 2.1mm plug ($16):

Otherwise it's this one ($19)

They also have fancy cradles.

You can purchase a 12V cigarette to USB adapter plug for $10-$20 and plug the USB cord for your desktop cradle into it. I do this for my O2 XDA IIs Phone/PDA.
Dick Smiths, Jaycar sell these.
