Here is a great venue to attend for next year for all the tourists to begin planning for now,I have this morning been in touch with Joyce McCulloch, the General Manager of the Mt Isa Rodeo and she reminded me that next year is the 50th Mt Isa Rodeo, August 8-9-10 2008, I was there first for the 10th and 11th ....as a tourist only ,This year the Rodeo moved from Kalkadoon Pk out on the
Camooweal Rd to the new site at Buchanan
Park near the Racecourse, crowds up 26000 were recorded, it made a few critics eat their words so she said,

Hmm,
Probably a good place for a Rodeo Doug but with 26,000 people, it may be hard to pick out the Forumiites:-)
