GU spare wheel carrier

Does anybody know the supplier of the spare wheel carrier as fitted to the Telstra GU wagons. The unit is a single wheel carrier fitted to the left hand side by the original spare. Spoke to two of the drivers and they do not know who manufactures the unit.
