Evening Brew
The weather man has been telling us folks here in
Tamworth to expect 10 - 20 mls during the next few days. I'll believe it when it's in my gauge. Mind you - it is a bit cloudy up there
Great to here that someone is getting rain.
Cheers

Hey Brew
Would've made for an interesting time had the rain happened a few days earlier for some of us who was up that way.
Wouldn't been too bad though, what better thought than to be stranded out in the wonderous outback for a few extra days!
Glad to see there is some rain about for those in the outback.
Cya

We actually had about 52mm this arvo. Poor old rain gauge had to be quickly re-trained as to what it's original use was!!! lol
Main street was awash and it was a bloody shame to see all that lovely H2O going down the gurgler......

Bill, is it too late for the crops there, they looked magnificent in July?
We are saving a Pyrenees
camp site for you, and for you too David. Perhaps the tracks are a bit hard for sand bound croweaters.

Thanks for that (un) timely reminder of my past indiscretions David!!! (ya blurry mongrel!!!! hahaha)
John, Crops are just about ready for harvesting; some have already started. So I don't think they wanted this rain right now; 3 months ago or less, it would've been perfect. Oh
well, such is the farmer's lot I s'pose.....
Sorry, but we won't be at the Pyre-nees-up......just too flamin' far for us to travel there on a Friday night, then stay for one day and have to POQ back home early Sunday morning......NO WAY (the name's "Billy".....not "Silly") hahaha
