Hi all!!! Recently bought a GU Patrol and am looking for anyone interested in coming along on some day trips (or possibly longer) around
Sydney, before we head off on a trip around Oz later this year.
Have some limited experience in Off Road travel but definately looking for more practice around
Stockton, Blue Mountains, Yalwal etc and anywhere else people may be able to suggest.
Have most recovery gear that is needed, so just looking for some other vehicles and bodies to come along and enjoy.
Thanks!!!!!!

G'day Milehigh, I am in a similar situation and would like to do a trip from Yerranderie to Kanangra Walls and on to
Hill End. But at this stage, I don't have anybody to do it with. I am planning for the weekend of 27/28/29/30 June. It may not need all four days, but I have them off so I may use them all. Anybody else who reads this is more than welcome to come along also. Seeya, Roscoe.

Sounds good. Am working the 26/27th night shift but will try and get it off. Any chance of an afternoon departure on the 27th if Im able to swing it?
You can email me at howshouldibloodyknow@hotmail.com to discuss further if you are interested.

Roscoe 2 days plenty to do this trip. We did Sydney/
Sydney via
Jenolan Caves, Yerranderie,
Goulburn in one day but a long day. If you come via Mittagong, Limeburner trail ( interesting trail but NPWS to close it soon)
camp at Yerranderie ($35 per night) then come out via either
Oberon or Kanangra/ Jenolan then to
Hill End via Dark Corner & Turon River make a nice trip.
Regards
BobRegards Bob
Wish i was still here / Gulf in July

Hey guys,
I have been contemplating doing that trip for a while, so if I am not on-call that weekend I would be keen to tag along.
Hopefully heading up to
Hill End via the
Bridle Track and Dixons Long Point this weekend.

I think we should be at
Wombeyan caves for friday night and continue on the Saturday morning. Any body who can't make it on Friday night can get here early on Saturday morning. How does this sound to everyone? Seeya, Roscoe.
