I have just purchased a new rodeo, is there anyone else out there with one. Have you found any bad points that I should look out for and what accessories have you fitted. I want to do the 3 Corners trip April 2008 with the family.

Cheers

Mate,

If you've already purchased it, don't go looking for any bad points.
It's too late for that.

Just ask people what all the good points are:-))

Hi Rodeo1,
I have a Rodeo, but not the 2007 model, mine is the RA 2005 4x4 LX 3.0TD Duel Cab, in July/Aug this year I did a trip from Melb. to central Aust. via the Stuart Hwy. I then went along the Great Central Rd to Leonora, then up to Marble Bar, Broome, Kununurra, Katherine & then home via the Stuart Hwy.
The car ran perfectly, fuel consumption was great (approx 8 L/100 KMS), by letting the tyres down to about 22psi it rode the corrugations like a charm.
I have fitted some basic accessories like ARB Bullbar & Rear Step Towbar, IPF Sports driving lights, the only regret I have was to get a genuine Holden hard lid fitted instead of a canopy, I could have done with the extra room that the canopy provides.

Anyway, I'm sure you will enjoy your trip in 2008,
Cheers,
John
